Tony is a retired U.S. Department of Homeland Security and FEMA professional with more than twenty years of public service. He brings experience in mission support, organizational coordination, and practical problem-solving to his volunteer leadership.
He is also the owner of FOIMS LLC and an IEEE Senior Member, with a continuing interest in technology, professional development, and helping others succeed.
Licensed in his youth, Tony enjoys amateur radio across a variety of modes, with a particular interest in FT8. His volunteer work connects that enthusiasm with mentoring and exam support for others.
