Guerrant Norman, age 90 of Eden, passed away December 14, 2012 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He was born August 10, 1922 in Leaksville, son of Jones Waren Norman and Loula Kemp Norman. He was a World War II Army veteran. He was the recepient of the Bronze Star, Combat Infantry Badge and two Battle Stars. He managed the accounting department of Fieldcrest Mills and Karastan before his retirement. He was a member of the Leaksville United Methodist Church.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lois Hatley Norman and brothers, Jones W. Norman and William K. Norman, sisters; Blanche Norman, and Madeline Norman.
Burial will be in Danview Cemetery.
