The Eugene Register-Guard Lane County, Oregon Monday, April 23, 2012 William Kingsley A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. May 11 at Cascade Manor in Eugene for William W. "Bill" Kingsley of Eugene, who died April 17 of age-related causes. He was 90. He was born Dec. 31, 1921, in Auburn, Kan., to Fred and Hazel Keck Kingsley. He married Marie Therese Paulet on Aug. 4, 1945, in Liege, Belgium. She died in June 1984. He was a high school graduate. He served in the Air Force, specializing in communications and electronics, and retired in 1964 after 24 years. He also worked 10 years in management at First Interstate Bank. Survivors include a son, Bill II of Lowell; two daughters, Connie Portz of Springfield and Cathy Byer of Reno, Nev; and eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Private inurnment will be held at Rest Haven Mausoleum. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.

Remembrances to Peace Health Hospice, Marist High School Foundation or Cascade Manor Foundation. The family of Bill Kingsley invites friends and family to a Celebration of his Life Friday, May 11 at 1:00 p.m. at Cascade Manor Auditorium 65 W. 30th Avenue in Eugene.
