I worked for Ham Radio Outlet in San Diego and I was offered the Manager Position at HRO Sunnyvale, CA. I retired from HRO in September of 2001 and received a call from ICOM asking me to be a rep in thier booth at the Dayton Hamvention and so in 2002 I went to Dayton. I was at Dayton with ICOM for approximatley 8 more years. While living in the foothills of the Sierras I opened a digital print shop (my day job).

In 2008 I knew I was going to move to Montana so I went over to the W5YI booth at Dayton and asked if K7ZKM was available, and it was and so I changed from K1ZKM to K7ZKM.

Once in Montana, I rebranded my print shop to Big Sky Prints & Graphics providing copies, brochures, business cards, photo restoration Graphic Design, Low Cost Web Deisgn and many other print services even Low Cost High Quality Custom QSL Cards.
