My late father was AC6TO (formerly WB6HVA) extra class SK 2014. Mom is still W6ADB (91 years old and doing great). My brother-in-law Doug Munday is W7DRM and my cousin is Tom Dixon K5AX. I operated on the Coast Guard Icebreaker Burton Island during Operation Deep Freeze from Antarctica as KC4USD in1967/68 in the McMurdo Sound and Bird Station areas.

I work mostly CW.

Extra class amateur licensed in 1964. Member of Central California DX Club and Tulare County ARC. QCWA 50 plus years continuously licensed.

DXCC Mixed 327, DXCC CW 300, WAZ CW #362, W100C, FISTS #4244, A-1 Operator (8/11/97), QCWA #3671 - 50 years +, etc.

Retired US Coast Guard (1966 thru 1992). Radioman 1st Class then commissioned. Retired as Commander (O-5)

Other hobbies include travel (we have visited all 7 continents), SCUBA diving (NAUI Advanced), Golf, RVing and R/C soaring and electric airplanes.
