Bob was born March 19, 1936.   He was a charter member and director of QCWA Chapter 213.   He was an Air Force veteran who worked in top secret assignments for 4 years.   He worked for the California Division of Forestry for 24 years.   He served as a volunteer examiner with the Fresno VE Team where he administered the CW exams.   He was a DX'er, working mostly CW.   He was President of the Central California DX Club at the time of his death
