Glenn, W6NDR, was a member of QCWA Fresno Chapter 213 and MidSierra Chapter 198, he served as the treasurer of Chapter 198 until his health would no longer permit this activity. Glenn was a member of the Central California DX Club and the Mountain Amateur Radio Club and was the M.A.R.C. Treasurer in 2005. Glenn submitted a DXCC application on March 30th 2009, he had 289 confirmed mixed in 2007 and qualified for WAZ in 2003. Glenn participated in 54 VE testing sessions.
