Hi;

Thanks for looking at my station. I'm retired after 32 years with the local Power Company as a Lineman.

I received my General Class Ticket while in High School in 1954. Like to work AM, SSB and some CW. My first station was an Eldico TR-75 TV5 with an Eldico MD40 modulator and a Hallicrafters S40B receiver.

What I miss most is everyone had a W call and you knew what state they were in. My present station is a modified Valiant, a R390A. The antenna is a 240' dipole center fed with 450 ohm ladder line into a homebrew balanced antenna tuner. The mic is a Shure SM7B into a Shure mixer into a Peavey 15 band EQ with a Belar Mod Monitor.

My other interest are: Baseball, I played pro ball in the Detroit Tigers farm system after graduating High School. Cycling, I have a Merlin Titanium road bike and average 5000 miles a year. I fly remote controlled aircraft which consist of a 1/3 scale Pitts Special S1S which I scratch built and using a 5 hp 2 cycle engine.

Love Classic Cars, I have a 1950 Buick sedanette which I have mostly restored myself.

Love my Church.

See you here or there or in the air.

73,
Stan
