Hi, my name is Dolores (Dee) for short.I have had a Novice License for about 35 years and of course my favorite was 10 meters. However, between my career and raising a family there wasn't much time left for ham radio. I decided to get back into amateur radio when I retired from teaching. My previous call sign was KB2GPB. My dad was a ham operator in the late 30's and early 40's. His call sign was W3IHP. I decided to keep the W3I and add my initials DB Resulting in my present call sign W3IDB. Recieved General in March 2009 and Extra in July 2009.
