I received my Novice ham license March 1978. In June 1978 I made a trip to FCC Little Rock field office and passed the 13 wpm code test and exam for my General License. No volunteer examiners at that time. Was active in MARS and the local club CAREN (Central Arkansas Radio Emergency Net). Moved to Shreveport, LA. June 1998 for a job at LSUHSC and QRT. Retired in March 2016. Not very active in Shreveport until this year. Passed the exam for Extra 2-17-2018. Hope to visit all the National Parks in our motor-home, have already been on a few trips check my personal web page at link.

My Shack Info:
My main HF radio in the motorhome is an ICOM IC-7100, antenna is Hustler 6BTV vertical mounted on the motor-home fed by ICOM AH-4 tuner for HF and a TRAM 1481 VHF/UHF Antenna also, also mounted on the motor-home.
