Frank was born on April 10, 1926 and passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2010.

Frank was a resident of Horseheads, New York at the time of his passing.

He was married to Charlotte.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday at 11 AM at the Waverly United Methodist Church, 158 Chemung St., Waverly.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
