Originally Novice in Harris County, Tx. Career: formerly in the merchant marine and ashore with tanker-barge / terminal operations. Have over twenty years in fire and emergency services, from Firefighter to Chief Officer. Relocated to College Station, Tx. I work for theTexas A&M Fire Training School (www.teex.org/fire). We provide fire, ems, rescue, hazmat, emergency management, ICS / NIMS, USAR, and specialized training to fire and emergency response personnel from around the world. Personnel train here in College Station or at locations worldwide.

I now have time to become active in amateur radio again.....received General ticket (KE5YIU). Applied to FCC for former call.....granted on24 Dec 08 (KA5HIA). Upgraded to Extra on 5 Feb 2010.
