My Handle is Larry & I retired in the year 2000 from a career in Banking. I like to work DX and Contests on all bands. You can find me on the high end of 160 meters SSB most evenings near 1.975 to 1.990kc. or on 40 meter CW around 7.100 where I am trying to improve my CW skills.

Have been licensed since 1959. My wife Linda is N5VXJ. My youngest daughter Susan is KC5DAC and she is in Birmingham, AL. I have three other children all living and working in theTulsa area.

Current station gear is a Icom 7600 with a Acom-1000 Amplifier. Antenna's are a 3 el SteppIR beam for 20 thru 6 meters at 75 feet. Have a 40 meter V-Beam (3 half-waves) pointed East and dipoles up for 160, 75 & 30 meters. I also use a Elecraft K-3 transceiver as a backup rig. A second tower has a hazer & 11 ele. Beam at 55 ft.for 2 meters. Another 50 ft tower is supporting dipoles at 55 ft.
