Photo Tour of Headquarters Framingham. Massachusetts The headquarters office is located in Framingham, MA on the third floor of this building. The building is located at 5 Edgell Road (known as "Framingham Centre"). As you enter the office, this is the first of the three-room office suite. All QCWA mailing is done from this area. Storage is available for forms and office supplies. This is the second room. In this area are the two office workstations. Shown here is an overview of the workspace for the General Manager. In an extended overview of the second room, this is the QCWA computer workstation. The member database and QCWA financial data is maintained on this system. A card is maintained for each member, active, inactive or SK and new cards are created for each new member. The card is updated each time any aspect of a member's record changes. QCWA is known for its extensive collection of callbooks. The callbooks are used to verify the first date of license for new members. Our oldest is a copy of a 1913 issue.
