Frank C. Harris, WA4PAM TREASURER INCUMBENT

I was first licensed in 1976 as a Novice and now hold a General Class License. Since 1976 I have been active in four amateur radio clubs, in four different states, and helped organize one of the clubs.

With forty years of banking experience, including an extensive background in investments, I can assist QCWA in making sound choices in investing the organization's money. I am looking forward to serving another term as Treasurer of QCWA.
