QCWA Bulletin 2016-005 - Position Open For QCWA Office Manager

On February 22, 2016, QCWA General Manager Loughney, AJ4XM, submitted a revision request to his employment agreement. The QCWA Board, having reviewed the request, voted to keep the original agreement in place without change.

In accordance with the employment agreement, Loughney has given his sixty-day notice to resign his position of QCWA General Manager.

The QCWA Board now announce an opening for the position of a part time Office Manager.

Job Description
The QCWA Office Manager will report to the President, and will be required to maintain records for all QCWA memberships, including renewals and new applications on the secure QCWA web based membership Database; new applications to be verified for 25-year eligibility using the QCWA Callbook Library and/or other available resources; acknowledge all renewals and new membership applications received, along with instructions on how a member can access the Members Only Web page to print their membership card and membership certificate; make deposits for renewals, new applications and donations received, and provide the Treasurer with documentation for all deposits; oversight of certain membership supplies, to be determined by the President.
