I would like to be considered for re-election to the QCWA Board of Directors. Being on the Board now as the most senior member in longevity has given me the background and experience as to the policies, functions, duties and requirements for fulfilling the scope of effort expected of a Board member.

I am a life member of QCWA and ARRL and am a member of the US Navy Radioman Association. I hold the FCC First Class Radio Telephone Operator License with the Ship Radar endorsement (now a General certificate). I am an attorney at law, National Parliamentarian of the U.S. Submarine Veterans Association and former President of Murrysville, PA city council and also former President of the Westmoreland County, PA Boroughs Association.

In Amateur Radio, I hold awards for DXCC, WAC, WAZ and WAS. And in QCWA, I attend all Board and Annual meetings and currently serve on the Administration Committee as Vice-Chairman and QCWA Parliamentarian. My legal background as an attorney at law and serving in an elected legislative position allows me to provide detailed input to deliberations of our Board and the general membership of QCWA.

In summary, I would like to continue to do all I can to further the goals of QCWA and serve the best interests of our great Organization.
